QUEEN MEDIA SPORTS REPORT: WEEK 1 COLLEGE PICK 'EM

College football has officially returned, and Queen Media Sports Report is risking its reputation by launching our first ever season-long Pick 'Em column! Each week we'll be looking at the best lines, studying the game film, and giving our official spread picks for ten of the major games on the schedule. Whether you're putting together your weekend parlays, want to go against our picks, or simply want some expert analysis before the games start, we've got you. Let's get right into our Week 1 selections.

UCLA at California

We are riding with the Bruins on a tight -1.5 spread. UCLA enters a new era under head coach Bob Chesney, bringing in a massive transfer class led by explosive running back Wayne Knight. Expect UCLA to execute down the stretch and secure the road win. Pick: UCLA -1.5 to cover.

Colorado at Georgia Tech Georgia

Tech's physical front seven will set the tone early against Colorado. Look for the Yellow Jackets to control the clock, dominate the trenches, and comfortably cover the 6.5-point line. Pick: Georgia Tech -6.5 to cover.

Miami at Stanford

Miami's high-octane offense travels west with way too much firepower for Stanford to match. The Hurricanes will push the pace and cover the heavy 24.5-point line with ease. Pick: Miami -24.5 to cover.

Toledo at Michigan State

A classic Big Ten defensive grind in East Lansing. Michigan State’s defensive line will clamp down on Toledo to secure a double-digit win and cover. Pick: Michigan State -10.5 to cover.

South Carolina State vs. Florida A&M

The Rattlers are a complete juggernaut in this matchup. Even with South Carolina State getting -20.5, FAMU’s explosive passing attack will pull away early and cover the big spread. Pick: FAMU +20.5 to cover.

Oklahoma State at Oregon

Autzen Stadium will be rocking for this heavy-hitting non-conference matchup. Oregon's talent depth on both sides of the ball will wear down the Cowboys to cover the -18.5 line. Pick: Oregon -18.5 to cover.

Clemson at LSU

LSU laying 10.5 points with Lane Kiffin now at the helm in Baton Rouge makes for high-stakes drama. Dabo Swinney’s squad thrives in the underdog role, and Clemson's defense is built to keep this well within single digits. Pick: Clemson +10.5 to cover.

Florida Atlantic at Florida

The Swamp will be buzzing as the Gators kick off their season. Florida’s superior athleticism and secondary speed will overwhelm FAU in space to cover the -26.5 line. Pick: Florida -26.5 to cover.

Louisville vs. Ole Miss

Even with Lane Kiffin now running the show down at LSU, the Rebels still feature a high-flying offensive system. Expect Ole Miss to outpace Louisville in a fast-paced battle and cover -6.5. Pick: Ole Miss -6.5 to cover.

SMU at Florida State

SMU heads into Tallahassee as a slight -2.5 favorite. The Mustangs possess the perimeter talent and offensive line stability to hand FSU a tough home loss and cover the short spread. Pick: SMU -2.5 to cover.

No matter whether you choose to ride with our card or if you think we're completely mad to have taken Clemson to cover in Baton Rouge, the Queen Media Sports Report will be your go-to source for reliable sports analysis and coverage throughout the entire season. Make your bets, enjoy the games, and keep an eye out for our postgame recaps and the early Week 2 lines.

Note that we will keep an official record of each of these selections' wins and losses right here on the Queen Media Sports Report week by week.
